信州をはじめ県内外の風景や草花を描いた日本画を中心に、四季折々の自然の表情をご覧いただけます。

根津八紘美術館とは
根津八紘美術館は、産婦人科医であり画家でもある根津八紘の作品を収蔵・展示する美術館です。根津は地域に根ざした医療に携わるかたわら、信州の風景を描き続けてきました。当館では、風景画や書など200点を超える作品を通して、その創作の歩みと自然へのまなざしを紹介しています。
企画展などもおこなっております。

The Yahiro Netsu Museum houses and exhibits the works of Yahiro Netsu, an obstetrician-gynecologist and artist. Alongside his lifelong dedication to community medicine, Netsu devoted himself to capturing the landscapes of Shinshu through painting and calligraphy. With a collection of more than 200 works, the museum presents his artistic legacy and his enduring appreciation for the natural world.
The museum also hosts special exhibitions and related programs.
